I'm currently enjoying a welcome break following the madness of December's Bourbon Kick tour which judging by the comments I've received seemed to go down well with all you jazzers. | Just returned from a great week in Helsinki - music was received really well with a few in the audience from Russsia - perhaps Moscow or St Petersburg are future destinations? Anyone know of good jazz clubs in these cities?! |

| TJ and the band are going in to the recording studio in November 2006 to record a much anticipated new album which will feature Adrian Cox, Sky Murphy and Karl Hird. We hope to have it released by March 2007 - ready for the festival circuit! |

| TJ and the Bourbon Kick band are really looking forward to the 'Christmas Tour'. It looks like this could become an annual event following the huge success last year. Venues and dates are now on the 'date list' and really hope to see you all there. |

| Tim and Amy are very happy to announce the birth of their second child, Willow Louise Johnson on Wed 12th July 2006. Despite obvious family commitments TJ and the band remain busy this summer playing various festivals and outdoor concerts around the country in July; including the Whiteford Music Festival and a tour of the North of England. August brings a few days welcome break but still sqeezing in the Silda Jazz festival in Norway, Dover St Wine Bar, The Cafe in the Crypt and the Bude Jazz Fest. |
